Okay, I stole kindly borrowed this game idea from the iCarly wiki like we people always do.

So, this is how you do it, man.

First, someone posts a topic they would like to see gifs on. It could be any topic, really. Then, other people post gifs relating to that topic, and the original commenter posts which gif they enjoyed most.
