Cat and Robbie go to a Carnival/Fair along with Cat's crazy mom and Robbie's dad who is constantly insulting him. They have to wait forever in line to ride faris wheel. Meanwhile, Dan and Holly Vega want to spend more time with the girls. So they and Tori&Trina play board games and watch tv, while continuousy having funny situations, like opening the door to strangers and having discussions with them. Elsewhere, Beck invites Andre and his grandma to spend time with him, Jade, and his cheery mom to have lunch in his RV.
