For a while, people have been asking for promotions to Chat Mod because it's been having quite a few trolls lately and mods are sometimes no where to be found. So because of that, we (including MLH and FO) have decided to promote a few people. And I'll also be demoting some of the inactive Chat Mods. We may promote more, but for now we have chosen three.

We choose them because they are on the most. I know a lot of you have asked, and you may be promoted if we need more. Once we demote the inactive people, we'll decide if we need more. If you don't agree with these choices, please explain why in the comments.
