Evan Smith only appears in The Blonde Squad. He is the guy that Cat bumps into while at Nozu, but she is in costume when they meet, so he thinks she is naturally blonde. They go on another date, but Cat still has her blonde wig on because she's afraid Evan won't like her with red hair. He finds out she was wearing a wig, and he says that she's beautiful. He then dumps her because she isn't blonde. He likes sushi, video games, and blondes and has a dog with blonde fur and blue eyes. He is portrayed by Max Carver.
